Subscription & Billing Terms
Last updated: October 10, 2026
These Subscription Terms are part of the Terms of Service and govern paid plans. If they conflict with the Terms on billing, these control.
1. Plans and Fees
Plans are priced per brand. We offer Core, Growth and Scale, each of which includes the website, online store and point of sale, and Enterprise, which is priced by contract. Your plan, its limits (such as shops, markets, languages, catalog size and team seats) and its price are shown at sign-up and in your account, and current list prices are published on our pricing page. Tills, and cashier accounts used only at the till, are not billed. Fees are stated exclusive of taxes unless noted; you are responsible for any taxes on your subscription. Third-party costs needed for some features are not included in the Fees and are paid by you to the provider — for example, the electronic signature certificate required to issue SRI electronic invoices in Ecuador.
2. Billing cycle and auto-renewal
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for your plan's billing period: monthly or yearly, as you choose, or as stated in your Enterprise contract. A yearly subscription is charged in a single payment for twelve months at the yearly price shown when you subscribe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price until you cancel. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal.
3. Trials
New accounts may start with a free trial for the period stated at sign-up. No payment method is required to start a trial, and a trial does not turn into a paid subscription automatically. To keep using paid functionality after the trial ends, you must choose a paid plan and provide valid payment information. If you do not, access to paid functionality may be limited or suspended when the trial ends. Auto-renewal (section 2) applies only once you have subscribed to a paid plan. We may change or end trial offers for new sign-ups at any time; a change does not shorten a trial already in progress.
4. Changes to Fees
We may change Fees; changes apply from your next renewal after we give you prior notice. If you don't accept a change, cancel before it takes effect.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep access until then.
6. Refunds
Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods, downgrades or unused time.
7. Failed payments and suspension
If a charge fails, we may retry, and may suspend, downgrade or limit the Service until payment succeeds. Repeated failure may lead to termination.
8. Taxes and invoicing
We (or our payment processor) will issue receipts/invoices as required. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information (including RUC/tax ID where applicable).
9. Overages and add-ons
If your plan has usage limits, exceeding them may incur additional Fees or require an upgrade, as described at sign-up or in your account. Add-ons you choose, such as additional shops, are billed together with your plan for the same billing period, at the price shown in your account when you add them.
10. Termination and data
On termination for any reason, no refund is due for the remaining period (except as required by law). Export your data before your access ends where an export tool is provided.
